It's that time of year again!  Our annual Winter Workout will help players keep their skills in shape for next season!

Please be aware that weekends are on a rotating schedule.

Below is the new team schedules for January 4th to March 31st.

NOTICE: Players can go up a level, with same level,
or down a level for practices for time conveniences.
